Past performance data, historical trends, and tier rankings do not guarantee, predict, or imply future results. You may lose money on transactions made based on our information. All buying, selling, and holding decisions are made solely at your own discretion and risk.

We do not warrant that presale passwords will work, that tickets will be available, or that secondary market prices will match our estimates.
Access to the Platform requires a paid subscription, billed monthly. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
New users may be eligible for a 7-day free trial. Only one free trial is permitted per person, per email address, and per payment method, ever. We reserve the right to determine trial eligibility at our sole discretion. Abuse of the trial system may result in immediate account termination.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account's billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods, except as required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time. Existing subscribers will receive 30 days' written notice of any price increases. Continued use of the Platform after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Failure to pay subscription fees will result in immediate suspension of access. We reserve the right to pursue collection of unpaid amounts.
You may use the Platform solely for your own personal or business ticket resale operations. Each subscription is for a single user account only.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to rankings, scoring algorithms, tier classifications, AI analysis, design, text, graphics, and software, is the exclusive intellectual property of DailyTicketRankings and is protected by copyright, trade secret, and other applicable intellectual property laws.
Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your own personal ticket resale business. No other rights are granted.
By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. We collect your name, email address, billing information (processed by Stripe), IP addresses, device information, and usage data.
Your acceptance of these Terms, including timestamp and IP address, is stored in our database as a permanent record. This information may be used to establish the existence and validity of your agreement in any legal proceeding.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data with service providers (Stripe, Cloudflare, email providers) necessary to operate the Platform.
Ticket resale laws vary significantly by jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of information obtained through the Platform complies with all applicable local, state, provincial, and federal laws governing ticket resale in your jurisdiction.
DailyTicketRankings does not provide legal advice and makes no representation that the use of our Platform or the activities facilitated by it are legal in your jurisdiction. We expressly disclaim any liability arising from your failure to comply with applicable ticket resale laws.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DailyTicketRankings, its owners, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. We are not obligated to provide a refund upon termination for cause.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.
YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email and/or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
